Refund Policy

How SentencePop handles cancellations, refunds, and billing issues.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Access remains until the end of the current billing period; no further renewals are charged after cancellation.

Refunds

  • If you were charged in error or multiple times for the same period, contact support within 7 days with your receipt.
  • We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for accidental/duplicate charges or service issues preventing use.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method when approved.

Trials and Promotions

  • Trial periods are free; charges begin only after the trial if not canceled.
  • Promotional pricing follows the terms stated in the offer; renewals revert to standard pricing unless otherwise noted.

How to Request

  • Email the support address in the site footer with your order/receipt ID, email used for purchase, and reason for the request.
  • We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Exceptions

  • No refunds for abuse or violations of terms.
  • Certain regional or provider-specific rules may apply; we comply with applicable laws.
